Whether it’s your first time running or you just need to knock the dust off your running shoes, join me at Pearson Chiropractic in Lakeland Hills. Our goal race for the 6 week training plan will be the Turkey Trot 5k right here in Lakeland Hills.
We will be meeting a minimum of one time per week for six week, preferably 2 times per week. We will plan one evening and one morning run to reach as many folks as possible. Message with any question or concerns. I look forward to seeing you!
