Dr. Nicholas Manzanares graduated with Cum Laude honors from Palmer College of Chiropractic (Florida campus) in 2021. During his time in the chiropractic program, he was a member within the active rehab club where he presented numerous topics discussing orthopedics, biomechanics, exercises, and injury prevention concepts to other chiropractic students. Also, during his time in the program, he was selected as a clinical rehabilitation assistant in the clinics rehabilitation & sports performance department to aid other students and patients with functional movement screenings and therapeutic exercises.

Prior to chiropractic college he attended University of West Florida where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Health, Leisure, & Exercise Science.

Dr. Manzanares is from the beautiful beaches of Destin, Florida where he was raised and developed his overall charm and southern hospitality.

He met his wife Angela while attending Chiropractic college. The couple felt they had a higher calling from God to serve the Washington community with chiropractic care.

Dr. Manzanares is well versed in implementing chiropractic care uniquely tailored to meet the needs of each individual patient. This unique blend of treatment utilizes chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue mobilizations and therapeutic exercises. Dr. Manzanares has attended multiple seminars and extra-curricular events to obtain the most up-to-date treatment protocols to alleviate patients’ symptoms and transitioning into wellness care.

He has continued this passion for education by participating in a post-doctoral online residency program to become board certified as a chiropractic orthopedist through the International Academy of Neuromuscular Medicine. When he is not in the office, you can find Dr. Manzanares participating in CrossFit workouts, hiking with his wife, playing with their three dogs, and exploring other local spots in the Washington community.
