Dr. Leena Brar grew up in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada where she attended the University of Manitoba for undergraduate studies where she met her fiancé Dr. Harp. She received her Bachelors of Science degree with a major in Biological Sciences, and received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree with Honors from Life Chiropractic College West in Hayward, California.

Dr. Leena always knew she wanted to positively impact the lives of others, her passion to help others thrive is what led her to the profession. While completing her clinical hours she interned at a pregnancy and pediatrics office where she learned how to help alleviate pain during pregnancy and childbirth, supporting patients in maintaining holistic wellness through the whole process. She treats patients of all ages from infancy to old age. She strives to remain current in the research and chiropractic techniques and values educating and building trustworthy relationships with her patients.

Dr. Leena is an active member of the ICPA (the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association), certified in Smart Tools Instrument Assisted Mobilization technique (IASTM), and working towards completing and obtaining her CCEP (Certified Chiropractic Extremity Practitioner) certification. Her techniques include: diversified, drop-table, activator, and extremity adjusting.
