Dr. Harp Lotey

Chiropractor | Maple Valley Clinic

Dr. Harpreet Lotey is from Central Canada, a small city of Winnipeg, Manitoba. He graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelors of Science degree and received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree with Honors from Life Chiropractic College West in the Bay Area, California in December of 2021.

Dr. Harp has been an athlete from a young age taking part in track & field, weight training, soccer, and basketball. Over the years he acquired several injuries which he sought chiropractic care for. This led him to become curious and develop a passion about the human biomechanics and the way the body can adapt to many of life’s challenging stressors. He believes that optimal health can be achieved at any age through a combination of movement, nutrition, recovery, and chiropractic care. He believes that there is no cookie cutter approach to wellness, and that it must be consistently incorporated as a part of our lifestyle in order to maintain longevity. “This is something we earn, and cannot simply be handed to us, that’s the beauty of it all”. His goal is to help educate patients and view health and wellness from a chiropractic lens.

Prior to his move up to Washington State, Dr. Harp completed his clinical hours as a senior intern, at Family Life Wellness Chiropractic in San Jose, Ca. He is working towards obtaining his CCSP (Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician) certification. His adjusting techniques include diversified, drop table, gonstead, activator, and extremity adjusting along with soft tissue mobilization.

In his free time, Dr. Harp enjoys traveling, working out at the gym, cheering on the Toronto Raptors, and sizzling the grill. He’s on the hunt for the greatest burger in the PNW.
