Dr. Balraj Khakh received his Bachelor’s degree in Human Kinetics from the University of British Columbia in Kelowna, BC and received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree graduating summa cum laude from Life West Chiropractic College. He was a senior intern at the Life West Health Center for over one year and provided chiropractic care to many people of the bay area community. He was also associated with the South Pacific Chiropractic Health and Wellness Group on a service trip to the island of Fiji where he provided care to hundreds of people in need. His preferred adjusting techniques are diversified, drop table, extremities and he also incorporates various soft tissue techniques.
Dr. Khakh, otherwise known in the clinic as Dr. Bal pronounced as “Bell”, has received certifications in biomechanics, human movement and functional movement screening. All of which allows him to assess and correct dysfunction throughout the body. His passion for basketball and obsession with the biomechanics of human movement is what led him into the chiropractic profession. His training has provided him the tools for correcting improper joint movement by assessing the integrity of the musculoskeletal system. He is passionate about educating patients on the importance of spinal alignment and appropriate muscle activation during movements. His goal is to provide you with information that facilitates injury prevention and functional movement patterns. Dr. Bal is originally from Williams Lake, British Columbia and is excited to serve his new community here in Kent, Washington.
