  2. Cheat one day a week! (On your diet, not on your lover)
    Cheat on the food's you love one day a week. This will help you avoid feeling deprived and you won't attach bad food connotations to foods like chocolate, ice cream and mom's apple pie. Remember everything is good in moderation.

  3. Rev up your love life and burn calories. Researchers say intimate bedroom activity burn's up to 325 calories an hour and is literally good for your heart!

  4. Pucker up and burn calories!! Recent studies show that kissing your lover can burn up to 150 calories an hour.
