Increase
intensity and increase pace. If you have been doing aerobic
activities your body has most likely gotten used to that intensity
and you need to kick it up a notch. Using a treadmill is a
great way to keep track of intensity and manually adjust your
workout to get the best results.

Burn
more calories than you take in. You have to let yourself
feel a little hungry. When you feel that gnawing hunger pain
at night that is when your body is ready to "Eat the fat".
Do not feed your body crackers if it is ready to "eat the
fat".

|
Exercise
is not negotiable! Get rid of the "all or nothing" attitude.
Decide what is right for you - how much you are willing to
do, then adjust your diet. If you exercise more you have the
liberty to eat more.
